For supported locally hosted Kratim workflows, your team does not need to buy expensive OpenAI or Claude API subscriptions. We run the model infrastructure and shape the solution around the work you need to do.
That means less dependence on third-party per-token APIs and a cost model you can discuss before implementation. It does not mean unlimited free AI: project development, infrastructure, integration and support are scoped and priced upfront. Optional external services may carry separate charges.

Kratim.ai is built and operated by ePHP Solutions. Established in 2008, ePHP brings software development and business operations experience to AI that has a practical job to do. We combine locally hosted open-weight models, business knowledge and our own engineering into one adaptable engine.
Our own office in Gondia, India runs entirely on green energy. We apply the same long-term thinking to the systems we build: useful integrations, clear ownership and people in control of important decisions.

Do we need an OpenAI or Claude API account?
Not for supported Kratim workflows running on our local model infrastructure. If a project needs an optional third-party integration, we will explain its account, data and cost requirements before implementation.
Will Kratim update itself every day?
Our team improves the platform continuously. Your connected knowledge can refresh on agreed schedules. We do not promise that every underlying model retrains itself daily or that customer information is automatically used for training.
Where will our data run?
We agree hosting, access, retention and any external integrations during discovery. Kratim can support private deployments, but the exact arrangement depends on the project. Ask us to map the data flow before you share sensitive business information.
Is this just a chatbot?
No. A chat window is one possible interface, but most of our work is automation and integration behind the scenes — assistants embedded in your tools, workflows with human review steps, and knowledge systems connected to your own data.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We regularly integrate with existing websites, CRMs and internal applications, including Laravel-based systems. During discovery we look at what you already run and design around it, rather than asking you to replace it.
